25-Point Heat Tune-Up
- Test airflow for dangerous carbon monoxide
- Calibrate and level thermostat
- Check for combustible material around furnace
- Ignition System – clean and test operation
- Exhaust System – clean and test venting function
- Measure temperature differential
- Safety and Control Circuits – test operation
- Inspect and adjust fan belt tension
- Clean or replace the existing air filter
