Chad Milligan
Chad Milligan is the President at Advanced Comfort Specialists. He began his career as a teenager, gaining experience as a helper for a local plumbing and heating contractor. Upon high school graduation, he began working in the field and became an apprentice in 1991. He worked his way up by doing residential and commercial installations until he became a full-time service technician.
In 2004, Chad started Advanced Comfort Specialists. The company has grown significantly over the years, and he is now mainly responsible for sales, design, and marketing. Chad is one of six local contractors serving on the Mechanical Board for the City of Reading. Chad places a major emphasis on customer service. His motto is “show up and care,” and he expects all the employees at Advanced Comfort Specialists to be prompt, professional, and courteous as they work with customers.
Paul Catanzaro, Sr.
Paul Catanzaro is the Vice President at Advanced Comfort Specialists. His day-to-day operations include supervising both the installation and service departments to ensure they continue to produce maximum customer satisfaction. He also works very closely with the president in operations such as pricing, customer and employee relations, and keeping up with current technology.
Paul joined Advanced Comfort Specialists in 2014 with over 25 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, residential and commercial heating, and air conditioning. In his free time, he likes to enjoy his weekends at his beach house. He also enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. When asked what motivates him the most, he passionately answered, “seeing a complete installation that keeps our customers smiling, knowing that they made the right choice.”
