Chad Milligan is the President at Advanced Comfort Specialists. He began his career as a teenager, gaining experience as a helper for a local plumbing and heating contractor. Upon graduating from high school, Chad started working full-time in the field and became an apprentice in 1991. Over the years, he progressed through residential and commercial installations before becoming a full-time service technician.

In 2004, Chad founded Advanced Comfort Specialists, which has since grown significantly under his leadership. He is now primarily responsible for overseeing procurement, operational excellence, and system design for the company. Chad is one of six local contractors who serve on the Mechanical Board for the City of Reading. He places a strong emphasis on customer service, guided by his motto, “show up and care.” Chad expects all employees at Advanced Comfort Specialists to be prompt, professional, and courteous in their interactions with customers.
