Dave Rodgers is the Service Manager at Advanced Comfort Specialists, where he leads the service team with a focus on training, technical oversight, and ensuring every job is done correctly. Dave ensures technicians are well-equipped to handle a wide range of HVAC systems and provides technical support to resolve any challenges that arise in the field. His primary goal is to make sure that customers receive top-notch service, from proper installations to thorough repairs, keeping their homes comfortable year-round.

Dave’s journey started as a mechanic in the Army, where he served in combat during Desert Storm. After returning to the U.S., he attended York Technical Institute for HVAC and began his career as a Service Technician in 1999. Joining Advanced Comfort Specialists in 2015, he rose to Service Manager in 2021 due to his dedication and expertise in the field.

Growing up, Dave gained early exposure to repair work through his father, who was a television repairman, and his older brothers, who were HVAC technicians. This foundation instilled in him a passion for quality service and customer care. He believes in the importance of passing his knowledge on to the younger generation of technicians, ensuring they have the skills needed to succeed.

Dave’s philosophy is simple: “Anything worth doing is worth doing correctly and to the best of your ability.” In his free time, Dave enjoys marksmanship, working on car audio systems, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is also a lifetime member of the Wellsville Fire Company in York County.
