Gavin Milligan is the Business Development Manager at Advanced Comfort Specialists, where he oversees marketing, communications, and business development. He is responsible for driving internal growth, cultivating strong relationships, and enhancing company culture. Gavin’s strategic focus ensures the company continues its impressive 60-70% annual growth. With a background in consulting across the nonprofit, private, and government sectors, Gavin has worked with nearly 300 clients, providing him with a broad understanding of business development and operational success.
Since joining Advanced Comfort Specialists in August 2023, Gavin has played a key role in refining internal processes and ensuring sustainable growth. His motivation comes from a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to positively impact the local community. In addition to his role at Advanced Comfort Specialists, Gavin serves on more than seven nonprofit and government boards, all aimed at promoting responsible economic development and youth advocacy. As the son of Chad Milligan, the company’s President, Gavin continues to uphold the family’s tradition of leadership and commitment to service.
